As a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), Hill Street is dedicated to offering free, high-quality services that support people of all ages—from toddlers to seniors. Here’s how we’ve grown and how you can be part of the next chapter in our story.
Founded in 2012, Hill Street Youth and Community Centre began as a local initiative to meet the growing needs of the Rugby community. Over the years, we’ve purchased the complex and evolved into a vibrant, inclusive space that serves over 40,000 visitors each year, with 50+ partner organisations working with us each month.
Our Centre provides programmes that include children and young people , adult engagement, education, physical and mental health support plus intergenerational activities. From our very first day, Hill Street has been about empowering our community to thrive, learn, and connect.
Hill Street’s mission is clear: to be a welcoming, inclusive safe space for everyone, regardless of age, background, or capacity.
We have something for everyone!
Across the complex we have a range of spaces available to hire - from our Child and Youth Centre (The Hive), a variety of meeting rooms and larger conference spaces.
Our newly refurbished sports hall caters for a wide variety of sports and wellbeing activities. In addition, we have a media and music studio plus a fully equipped IT suite.

Our team brings a great diversity in skill, knowledge and experience to support our community and deliver the aims and objectives of the Charity.
Each member of the team brings a hunger and passion for their role and collectively we provide our community with the best possible resource for support and guidance.

The team is supported by a Board of Trustees and Advisors with extensive experience of operations, governance, financial management and strategic planning.
